We specialize in teaching Romanian and English as a Second Language, whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your fluency.

At the moment, our online lessons take place via video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Skype. You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or smartphone, and a webcam for live, interactive lessons. You can also bring a pen and a notebook if you want but that is not mandatory. 

Yes! We offer a free 30-minute Needs Assessment Session to understand your learning goals and determine the best approach for you. You can book it – here

Yes, we provide lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners. During your Needs Assessment Session, we’ll determine your current level and place you in the appropriate program.

The time it takes depends on several factors, including your starting level, how much time you dedicate to practice, and your personal goals. We can provide an estimate during your free Needs Assessment Session.

Unfortunately not, we only teach students over 16 years old.

You can book lessons through our online calendar system. Simply choose an available time that works for you, fill in your details, and confirm the booking.

We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can reschedule or cancel your lesson with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Last-minute cancellations and reschedules will be subject to a fee.

Yes, we offer both one-on-one and small group lessons. Group lessons are a great way to learn through interaction and can be more cost-effective. Read more about them here

If technical problems occur, we will do our best to resolve them and ensure the lesson runs smoothly. If technical issues persist, we can reschedule the lesson for another time. If the tutor deals with technical issues and the class can not be had or fully completed, the student will not be charged for that lesson.

We use a variety of resources, including digital textbooks, audio-visual materials, and interactive activities. After assessing your level and goals, we’ll provide you with the most suitable materials for your lessons. Most lesson materials are provided by your tutor, but in some cases, we may recommend textbooks or other resources to supplement your learning. We’ll let you know upfront if there are any additional costs.

 

Yes, we offer homework and additional exercises to reinforce what you learn during the lessons. The additional practice you need will be calculated based on your level and learning pace.

Yes! We offer tailored lessons for specific needs such as business language, travel, or exam preparation. Let us know your goals during the Needs Assessment Session, and we will create a plan just for you.

There is no long-term contract required. You can book lessons individually or purchase a package if you prefer. You’re free to continue or pause lessons at any time based on your needs.

Yes! Since lessons are conducted online, we welcome students from all over the world. All you need is an internet connection and a device to access our platform.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Revolut and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely online.

You can pay for each lesson at the time of booking or purchase a lesson package in advance. Payment is required before each session to secure your booking.
