When you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource (such as the 45 Essential Romanian Phrases ebook), we collect your email address. We use MailPoet to manage our email list and send you educational content, learning tips, and updates about our services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Booking and lessons
When you book a lesson through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any information you provide in the booking form such as your learning goals and current level. We use Amelia for appointment scheduling. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — we need this data to provide you with the lessons you have booked.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. These providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies:
